Lucy is a consultant with 20 years of experience delivering results in programs, research, and policy. Her goal with Rising Outcomes is to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights by providing solutions-focused support to nonprofits, funders, nongovernmental agencies, and social enterprises.

A strategic thinker with 20 years of experience in global health, Lucy brings passion as well as strong evaluation, project management, research utilization, communications, advocacy, and strategic planning skills. She brings deep experience in advancing global social impact. Her areas of technical knowledge include sexual and reproductive health and rights, contraception, menstrual health, and abortion.
